75K on supplies. Feed tires last about the same. Top trays kind of a bitch to change, so we always default the 2nd tray as primary. Good machines. You can stick a $45 USB print server on it & make it a network printer.
    Hope that helps !

Upper heat roller gets 150K, lower 300K, but kit comes with both. Not a bad machine. Had some developer leak issues early on, but Sharp changed the transfer springs on the right door. (Lengthened them) Seems to have worked. Outside of normal maintenance, just replaced rollers when trays start to jam. Only other thing I can remember is replacing a lot of tray open/close switches. These machines are a huge improvement over the Panthers & Leopards. As long as you stick to standard 20-28 lb paper stocks you should have very few problems with this model. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
