    AR-M355N Firware update: NG

When trying to update the firmware on 2 AR-M355N's via network, the error NG (no good) comes up immediately. I seem to recall something regarding this about the different voltages on the chips. Solid yellow, dotted yellow & solid white across the top. Does anyone have any info regarding this? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
    Thanks,
    Hope that helps !

For the Dragon series, bulletin MFP-TB-075 explains the differences. For the Jupiter2 series, I believe the older NONELEM chip is a solid yellow bar and is at 5Volts. The yellow dotted is an ELEM chip at 3.3Volts.

The last firmware version I have is 'n1.16_elm.sfu'.

        Hey Tony,

ZOOTECH is right, its all to do with the ELEM chips.
If you are using ELEM chips (recognised by the LF on the flashrom), you must use the 'elm' filename extension... eg. P1_15_elm.sfu.
If you are using non ELEM chips, use the firmware without the 'elm' filename extension.

Here in Australia, we have the ARM351/451's. They are the same as your ARM355/455's. This fix is for all models.
