h5-20 on new bp70 m series

    h5-20 on new bp70 m series

    i have a bp70m45 that like to throw h5-20's. every few months. i updated fw. replace fuser did meandering 6-8 "many times". still doing it. i think the fixing sleeve dont turn when its waking up causing the error but i dont see any bulletins or info on this issue. any thoughts?

    It's a shame no one has responded.

    About to go to service call for this error code, only 2k pages, and 6 months in field. We will see. :|

    Also, there was originally an L4-03 error, then after reboot H5-20.

    We will see.

      I haven't had any issues with this code yet. All I know is, I'd much rather have the 71 series' fuser back because these things are (pun intended) hot garbage.

        Only 45 minutes to change the fusing belt, it's fineeeee

          New fuser. it's a worldwide problem. The pressure on the pressroll is to high, due the low fixing temp. Sharp has no solution yet.
          Nothing is impossible for them who should not do it.
