Ar m450 network scanner

I have a customer with AR-M450 with NETWORK SCANNER option with SHARPDESK WITH LICENSE OF 5 USERS he every now and then change his comuters and the system without remove the old senders from the machine so it is now full of senders and can not acccept new senders and it can not make any scan because of invaild old senders
is there a way to remove all sender list from the machine
anyone can advise

You can remove it, by the web page of the copier.

Dingo is correct. You can get to the web page by typing the IP address in a browser. Then go to destination on the left side. The user name is admin & password is Sharp (cap sens). From there you can remove the scan addresses. The other thing you can do is edit the ones in there to add them to the front page of the address book by checking the Frequent User box.
