    Sharp ARM207

I've got repeatedly problems on different machines of this model concerning
white slighty lines F-R. Only solution so far is changing the drum. This works for 10 or 20K, then it returns. (!)
Also changed drum gear, gritt and other gears.
Someone familiar with this problem ?
Can not find any technical bulletin concerning this problem @Sharp.

    Thanks in advance

As you probably already know, the void areas in the crossfeed direction are drum ground loss due to the wearing through of the organic drum surface coating.

It doesn't have to be obvious scratches, but it is caused by drum contact with something other than the drum cleaning blade. The most obvious possibilities are the mag roller spacer rollers. Also look at developer bearings seizing, foreign objects, maybe a warped upper developing unit cover/seal. Something is touching the drum that shouldn't. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Are you using genuine or compatable drums? My company tried compatable AR202DM drums only to find similar problems, we now order Genuine items, the problems seems to have disappeared.
