    AR-407 with F2-37

Cleaned drum, especially mark area, cleaned drum mark sensor and main charger but still f2-37. Drum looks a little fatigued.
I already left customer's office and realize I didn't do a 44-02 simulation after cleaning. I am going back with drum and blade. Should that take care of problem? Any advice is appreciated very much. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

I would try 44-02 first, before doing anything else. That resets the drum mark sensor, and your readings may be adequate. If that fails, then yes, replace the drum. Be sure to run 44-02 again when the drum is installed.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Take a look at the status report on that machine, TC 22-6, print it out, look at the drum counter number, if it's over 500 K.
Think about replacing the drum, as I recall, that counter counts drum revoulitions on the machine, and if its 500k + its near its life, a OEM drum will go about 2 PM cycles.
I liked the cougars, you could push the supplies if you had to.
