    ARM355N F2-00 code (Imagistis im3511)

This customer has two indentical units. I swapped the dev stations.
The code followed the dev station. The unit from the other machine
works fine in both machines. So I changed the toner sensor.
    I get the same code.
I ran sim 14-1 to reset no help. I ran 25-1 & -2. The value I got from
    25-1 is 200 - 208. The default is 118. I did not see a way to adjust
the reference in the book. Looks like it sets up each time the machine
    is turned on?
    Did I miss something here?

    Thanks for any help.

The problem is most likely not the toner sensor. Most likely, you aren't getting any agitation of the developer.

The reading that you are describing is the reading from the toner sensor displaying the magnetic properties of the developer. If it's not agitating there will be very little magnetic properties to read. There's really nothing to adjust. There is no default. It just reads what it reads, and if it's within range (80-130), it will lock in that value and maintain it.

You might have a seized up mag roller, or the drive end of the mag roller might have twisted right off. I've also seen the drive couplers damaged.

This developing unit is not that expensive. Let it die, and replace the assembly. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Blackcat 4866,
Thank you for your advice. I will check the drive again, but it did seem to
work yesterday, I will have a closer look today.

      Thanks again
