What jam codes? If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

POD1_sd3 and PPD2_sd2 i think its the cabinet feed clutch cause it only does it with the 2 lwr trays not the top tray.Comment

Yes, its very possible to be the clutch, but what are the counters on the feed rollers. Quite common for the separation roller to have a small flat spot on it after 100K, which can cause alot of misfeeds & timing problems. I know you said they were clean, but are they worn?Comment

Also, those jam codes do not always mean the problem is the cabinet/desk unit. The same codes can happen with a worn Transfer Belt unit, causing a poor rotation and mis-timing of the belt, which leads to the POD jams and the remaining paper at PPD2. Check the belt for worn or cracked edges.Comment

Have you done a long, continuous print run from tray 1 only?
If a very large job works fine from tray 1, that rules out the Belt unit, Fuser, POD sensor and actuator, and the main engine paper path/pf unit.
When the paper is jamming from the lower trays, have a look at the print on the pages that make it to the fuser.... does the lead edge margin look OK?
I have seen similar problems from the desk unit, on a large print run, everything would run OK, then halfway through, there would be one page with a 2-3 inch, lead edge margin, then the following sheet jams the machine. From memory, that was a sticky rego sensor (behind bypass tray).
Take the bypass tray off and check the rego rollers.
Load paper in different direction (A4 vs A4R) etc etc. Test print/copy with different orientation.Comment

I have recently repl. the belt unit only 10k on it.The top tray works fine on a long rundid like 50 and a time 3 times.I did change the paper direction in tray 2 had the same problem. It just seems to be the cabinet. And there is only 1 clutch that drives it it seems.I ordered the clutch. But these machines seem to have alot of issues of jamming right there.Oh i also cleaned the timing roller didnt check the sensor.i`ll have to do that.thanksComment
