AR M 620 jamming on exit

I have an AR M 620 N that is jamming on exit. The exit rollers never seem to turn. Help on what I should be looking for would be appreciated, but in addition, is there a way to redirect the output to the Finisher as a temporary fix until I can figure out what is causing the exit jam?

You can have it exit either side, but if the exit rollers are not turning, it wil not matter, that unit is what makes it go to the finisher side of the machine.
The exit roller unit, also known as turn over unit, has a couple sensors inside it, and 1 maybe 2 motors, been a while since I looked at one, they ususaly run pretty well, but if paper is leaving the fuser and getting to that unit and then it stops, check some sensors, also some jam codes will help all of us to help you figure it out.

Vincent is right. I'd be running sim tests for the motors in the delivery unit & ADU door.
I've had one in the past which had a faulty Driver PWB, which controls the delivery unit, doing similar things to your machine. Part Number: CPWBN1568FCE1.
Actually remove the delivery/turn over unit and check the condition of the POD sensors inside it. I've seen many have slow response times or be broken on the sensor shaft.

I've removed and examined a couple of these delivery/ turnover units. The problems that I've had with jamming always turned out to be something else.

And yes, jam codes please. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          jamming on exit

We've had this sensor go bad before VHPGP1A71L3-1 in the delivery reverse section more than once.Give it a shot note there is two int that section we've had to replace them both in the past for that very issue. You can check them in sim 30-1 give it a shot.

Make sure the actuator is not broken, I have come across that at least once. The actuator I am refering to is in the delivery unit.
