I don't know of any Sharp MFPs but...

The FO-DC600 stand-alone fax will take a second fax card (FO-60DL). Technically you can add scanning (FO-NS2) which would give you a 3-in-1 (Copy, Fax, Scan-No Printing).
If you can still find a FO-6600 it came stock with two fax cards, and they were basically bulletproof.

All the 25cpm & up Copystar MFPs will take two fax cards.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Although the Sharp faxes are decent this customer needs a large ADF for big outgoing fax jobs and a lot of memory to get jobs into the machine outgoing queue quickly. Copystar/KM machines could be an option though. Also, FYI the FO-DC600 series will function as a printer I believe but you need the FO-NP1 optional board installed. I've tried the network scanning on them and although it works, it is pretty weak in comparison to the MFP scanning. Thanks for the reply.

This is an either/or situation on the FO-DC600. You can have the network interface or the second fax card, but not both (only one port). And I agree that it won't hold up to heavy use as a scanner or printer.

Overall I'd probably look to another manufacturer. =^..^=
