Anybody ever seen this? I never have it only does it on legal... I believe I ran an LSU test but thats about it. It does it every time you run something legal only, letter works just fine.......

Did you run this through the document feeder?

Ive seen the document feeder stall for a second and cause something like this but never off the glass as well. Which is the lead edge?

That is actually the lead edge where the image is distorted but it looks exactly the same everytime

I had something similar to this and it was caused by the outlet not being grounded properly. But I got the bar code type image on every page not just the legal.

Well they dont have a surge protector and Im thinking it blew something on the main board but my "plug tester" died on me so haven't gotten a new one yet.

My bet is that the LSU fails the rest of the way in the next two weeks. I see an L6-10 in your future... =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
