If I'm understanding correctly, you are getting a double image on the page. If this is the case, the first thing I would do is replace the fuser. The image is sticking on the heat roller and then transfering down the page.
I know I should be ashamed of myself. Strangely though, I am not.

59mm of the rear side of the page appears at the opposite side.

Is it like the attached samples?

It's the lasImage Shifted 001.jpger unit. And it's a lot of fun to change. Remove the SPF, the scanner, the delivery unit, then the laser unit. Have fun! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

From that image the next question is it off of the glass or the document feeder. I would try adjusting the settings in sim 50-1 or 10 as it seems you have a registration issue. Also check your feed rollers and clutches (these clutches have a tendency to slip after you have used them for a while due to a LOT of grease when they put them together). They are a pain to get to sometimes but I always clean and regrease the clutch springs on this series.

            Good luck.

              Hy
thanks Bilyahn, but in this copier( ARF-152) the paper wors in A4R mode, and i don,t see who a registry roller issue can do this effect.

              regards

If it was a registration issue the defect would have been on the leading or trailing edge. bilyahn is right though. Since the defect is on the front or rear edge and less than 10mm you can adjust it out in simulation 50-10. =^..^=

The registration roller on the Sharp AR-F152 is stationary in the crossfeed direction, unlike the Canon NP-3050 and NP-4050 for example which the registration roller can shift up to 14mm crossfeed.

You didn't mention that your problem was intermittent. That brings me back to replacing the laser unit.

Perhaps, but board level repair is beyond my skill level. I'm going to say this one last time: Replace the laser unit.

                          Hi
                          Blackat, thanks for your help.
Definitely the issue was in the laser unit, but i could fix it
                          whithout replace for one new.

I disassemble it ,and carefull took off the poligon motor
and found cold welding in own boadr that repaired.

I to also put a little of oil in the came of poligon motor.

And chek to the VR1 contacts and VR1 weld.

Finaly all mounted and works good.

Y hope this description can be util for someone else.

                          Thanks Blackat, Bill
