    AR-235 E7-04

    Hello friends

Today appeared to me an old model AR-235, making the code E7-04., what the service manual

in the others sharp models meanings engine replacement polygonal?

I d'ont now very weel this model, somebody nows, and can give any suggestion.

Another subject, has anyone ever disassembled a laser machine that can give me an idea, and now where y can get the service manual?

    Thanks in advance

No E7-04 in that model. I assume you mean E7-02, which is the LSU.

If you need the SM or PM after this, let me know.

I've never seen a E7-02 beam detect on a Leopard. It's always L6-10 for the polygon mirror motor. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Agreed. Me neither. It's been a while since seeing one of these though.

              ar-235 E7-02

              Hi

But i am a lucky man, i get one this.

About L6-10, i have a costumer that have a ar-m450, that every mornings gives the code five, six times

before connecting, ha two years, after working all day and not showing the code more.

              thanks/regards

L6-10 is a polygon motor lock, whereas the E7-02 "BD...is not detected in a constant cycle". I've seen the E7-02, usually just before the L6-10 code. Still, got to replace the motor or the LSU unit.

95% poly motor, 5% LSU - we have seen the motor working w/laser not (one time). Polygon motor part #RMOTN0028QSZZ LSU part #DUNTK0185RS50. Poly is about 1/2 the price but I'd be wary if it didn't give you L6-10.
