don't just reset...
You definitely don't want to reset these codes until you fix the developing issue. Typically machines of this age have worn out the toner roller (foam roller). This is the way it usually works:
Customer calls: I just added toner, now I have an F2-00 or (F2-02).
To fix: empty out the toner hopper (are you wearing your black shirt?). Examine the foam roller. If you can see light down through the slot where the toner feeds replace the foam roller, end seals, and developer. Refill toner hopper. Run sim 14 to clear code, sim 25-02 to set developer, and sim 24-5 to reset developer count. If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Go to crop code 7-1 and disable the toner check.
Run 20-30 11x17 sky shots or until the copies come out clean.
Turn power off/on if code goes away, tell the key op to call you the next time toner is needed and then replace the toner roller at that time (no mess with empty hopper).Comment

Sharp FO-DC535
I have a customer that can't stand the beeping noise on transmissions whether receiving or sending. I had them turn the ringer volume off and the speaker volume to low but it still beeps. Now of course they're telling me they don't want it if it beeps that loud because they're old FO2850 didn't beep loud. Any suggestions on how to turn the beeping off??????
Thanks in advanceComment

Can you tell me how to go to "crop code 7-1". I am working on a copier that was donated to my church. It has error code F2-02. ThanksComment
