i hardly work on sharp. i have access to manuals and parts. this machine has only done 20k and has started to jam from tray 1 only. other trays work fine. machine throws a jam with no paper in the machine. i opened the first tray and the paper is stuck just as its entering in to the feed rollers. this is a no feed jam and happens when doing multiple copies.

Normally on this series of machine, what I've found is a small piece of paper in the paper path. Normally it's in the front. You really have to look close, open up the right door and take out the cassette. Hope this helps.I know I should be ashamed of myself. Strangely though, I am not. -
