I have a customer who has been using this machine with no problem. Last week he moved it, was working fine, then today, L6-10 error code, right out of the blue. Anyone have any idea's what wrong and what to do, with out replacing the laser unit.

You'll end up changing the laser unit 10 out of 10 times. I would be hoping that it's a new style engine. It's the difference between a 15minute job, and a 3 hour+ job. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sounds like a coincidence to me. The machine being moved has nothing to do with the problem. Listen to the main man Blackcat. Do the LSU. Been there myself. It'll come back and bite ya if not replaced.Comment
