Fuser unit sub-heating unit thermistat low temperature.

Firstly, check the thermistat hasn't popped. Just take the fuser out of the machine and push on the thermistats button. This will reset it if it has temp'ed out.
If it hasn't been done already through mod changes, move the washers from underneath the thermistat to above the thermistat and then screw it down. This gives the thermistat extra clearance over the sub-heater roller and can definitely prevent H4-02, H4-00 & H4-30 codes in the future.

If you cant reset the thermistat, and the code will not clear, it's time for a new fuser unit/service call (if you are not a tech), or check the sub-heater unit lamp, harness & clean the thermistats. Run sim 14, check fuser lamps working in sim 5.
