This machine has been in a production hall where they where cutting and wellding steel. About a year ago they build an office building and they move it there so i took the machine and clean it. At the begging of this year machine trow's 2 or 3 time's this H2 erros, which i didn't paid too much attention till 2 week's ago when the error started to apear daily. If the copier stay's more than 4-5 minutes off when u press the on button it doesen't start (not a single led) but if u move him or shake a bit it instantly show's error H2. I reset it and it work's till is turned off or fuser get's cold (i think), i cleaned fuser and contact's on suplly board conector's. Im thinking to try to replace pwb and fuser, what would u try?

Sounds like a dry-solder joint somewhere if you can shake the machine and it all of a sudden comes to life. Definitely look at the back of all boards for poor solder connection.
I dont work on these small machines, so I can't picture the fuser in my mind, but check any thermistats haven't tripped out and the lamp is good.
We dont have any bulletins on this code for this model or series, so I have no further info for you.
If nothing appears obvious, I'd first replace the fuser unit. -

You are right, I cant find the part either. Its not the first time I've seen a manual without a main frame separate part number. I'll look into it further for you today when I'm in the office.Comment

Seems that the main frame isn't available here, so I dont have any info for you. I can do advanced part searches, but keep getting info that it is an 'accessory'. I can only gather from that, the part can't be ordered as a spare part, and its not on any system here as ever being ordered before. Looks like you need another DU3 or DU4 unit. If anyone else has further info, please advise. Could be different situation overseas.Comment
