    Sharp FO-DC 600 jamming

I know very little about sharps, but one of my customers has one of these, and it is jamming letter paper with the lead edge at the transfer roller, the legal paper is about an inch or two further. It would jam over and over and then I watched as it fed 6 or 7 sheets in a row. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Of all Sharp fax, these feed pretty reliably. The one time I remember, the developing unit was damaged, and it was dumping toner right into the registration rollers. The drum unit was also damaged by the mag roller bouncing around. Just cleaning the rollers resolves a lot of issues. The rollers sit directly below the imaging area, so a toner spill falls directly onto the tires. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
