If this is the first time you've seen this machine or it was just recently acquired, what usually happens here is that someone decided not to install the sorter, but did not change he machine configuration settings in simulation 26.
It's been a long time since I've done this, so forgive me if the details are fuzzy. I believe that it's sim 26-01, and there is a number entered there that is the sum several numbers, with a specific unique number for each accessory. I can dig up the details, if that's what you need. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
