A simple reset should get it going. Try this: Clear > Interrupt > Zero > Interrupt > 14 > Start.
So there's more to it. You'll need a technician to check this out for you. This machine has an option board layered over the MCU PWB that does the E-sort function. I would re-seat all the connectors, then re-try the reset. If that doesn't work, I'd replace the ERDH PWB. This number is the same for all the Panther (AR-160 thru AR-207) and Pegasus (AR-M162 thru AR-M207): CPWBX0130QS34. You can confirm the part number on the ERDH PWB that is on your machine. It's printed right on the PWB.

This was not an easy number to find. The parts manual does not have an item number for this part in figure 12. The only reference is in the parts index, referring to a 12-83 which is not marked on the diagram. It's the same in the panther and Pegasus parts manuals.

If you had trouble following that, you should get a tech involved. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
