    Hy friends

    First,good night.
I have some ar-m450n that is giving me the first cassette jam.the problem is intermittent.

The paper stay , or leaves a bit from the tray.?????

I already change the three paper feed rollers.

    Appreciate any help, thanks

    What jam codes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check the two tabs at the bottom of the black plastic plate on the left door. They put pressure on the guide & only affect try 1.
      Hope that helps !

I would go for the main gear box. There's a clutch for tray 1.

            re

            Hummm??

I was thinking about, and i think that the problem is in the main drive box clutch, because sometimes the paper stay in tray, do not move, and gives me jams, and happens more when the copier beguin work on the next day. Happens always in the first copy.

have u replace the torq limiter and oneway, if not try swappin those and scuff up the shaft that the one way is on so it doesnt slip. if this isnt the problem, then i agree with the main drive.

The torque is on the separation roller shaft & the one-way is on the feed roller shaft
                  Hope that helps !

faced this problem changed the feed clutch and solved it......the problem was the feed clutch not engaging properly (slipping) when in feed cycle but if run the simulation it seems fine it only happens during feed cycle.
