Make sure you have the memory in the proper slot. They move the slots around from model to model. Ive done it before, machine will fax fine just won't show the memory.

According to my book the memory goes in slot E.

If you look close on the MFP's they have a diagram of what each slot is.
Evil will always triumph because good is dumb.

      Agreed.
The new machines has a different memory slot. Check your install manual.

You know its wrong when you go into Image send mode and the receive memory says 0% before you even send the first page.

          Thats interesting......???

I'll check that out next time I see one. You should be able to see it, even just listed as optional memory.

Whats more interesting is that you have a DSK in a Frontier! Wow!

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
