    ar-m450 lift motor

    Hy friends

    Teh lift motor of tray one do not work.
    i already replace for another, good and is the same.

    Any help please.

      Have you run a sim 15 reset, then powered Off/On? F3-12 and F3-22 require a reset before it will attempt to lift again. =^.^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          The copier do not give me code.
          Anyway, after reading your suggestion, i ran the simulation 15
          and after ran the sm 15 the lift motor stay ok, but when
          i try take a copy from tray 1, gives me jam paper, but the
          paper do not move, and the tray 1 stay out of service,
          and of corse the lift motor do not work again.
          If i perform again the sm 15 the lift motor
          stay ok again.

          In the next week i see better.
