It's uncommon to replace a power supply on a Panther. More likely, the right door interlock is not being made. It's actuated by the right-door rear rail. You'll have to pull the back cover and move the main harness to see it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
First thing to check with that series of machines is to confirm if the fuses are OK. Its common for the main power switch to partially flick on/off really quickly if its not pressed correctly, causing a fuse blow. There was a modified AC power board from memory, or you could just put in a slightly higher rating fuse. Its the one closest to the harness from the switch. I haven't touched one for years and years, but I remember this case really well. I always got away with the slightly bigger fuse rating. It just helped with the flashback from the switch.
