    AR-M450n, developer issue

    Good night
I have a problem, with a ar-m450, that is the developer value low very quickly, and beguins give me EL-EE, when i try run sm 25.

I already replace, developer unit, and the developer, for three times, and the problem continues.

summarizing, when install a new developer, the SM 25-2 fixed in 125, 15/20k copys
    stay in 70 for exemple.

    appreciate any suggestions...

are u sure u r using right developer? i think any value under 100 on 25-2 on this model is trouble. i think there is a bulletin for this, u might have to replace the development unit and check the firmware on it.

Yes, make sure you're using the AR450ND developer for North America, AR450DV for EU. Check your local settings.

Is the developer agitating? A drive issue could cause this problem. Have you pinned out the wiring harness between the developing unit and the PCU? Very rare, but maybe a PCU PWB. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
