I once had a 207 that insisted there was a jam and the user couldn't find it. Turns out they had a jam, removed it, but tore it. The part that was left was (perfectly) behind the reg roller, and only behind the reg roller. It just about affected the sensor here and only by placing your finger on the reg and turning it, did the piece come out. Probably a long shot, but when i saw this at first, visually, there was absolutely no jam.

Look just below the drum unit there is a sensor located right in the middle. Whenever I have looked everywhere there is generally a small piece of paper right there. You can remove the paper tray as well and shine a flash light from that side to look. Have had this happen a lot on these machines.

            Good luck.

You might also have the return spring for the rego sensor off.Have a look at your jam code .It will indicate which sensor.

There is a jam code you'll just have to check tc 22-4 to see it
