3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.

Sh*t yeah. Thats been a problem for you for a while. Who knows what damage has started to corrode inside your loaner machine.Comment

I traced the source of the fountain water while I was there last time. It comes from an outside swimming pool for guests. Uses a lift pump to take the water to the top of the fountain. Then gravity fed down to the pool. I was there on Wednesday and the Friday and the lobby smelled like the pool had just been shock treated.
