[Misc] Poor Copy Quality on 3501N

I am having problems with the copy quality of a mx-3501N. Every time you copy something you get a really blured image of the original. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Well you're not giving us much info that would help us help you. Are self prints OK and the copies blurry? Are both prints and copies blurry? Is it possible you can send an attachment of the problem? Does TC 50-22 set up properly? If not, you could have problems with image registration that would affect both prints and copies. It might be the primary transfer belt is slipping, and that would affect both prints and copies. The more info you can give us will help with a solution.
