    [Jamming] Saddle stitch jam on MXFNX10 attached to MX5000N

    I have a customer doing pamphlet copy but the first sheet reverses and get to the compiler and stop declaring a jam code FSTPLT. Also I compared sensors in sim 3-02 with another machine but noted FSMRS(finisher saddle motor rotation sensor) is ON all the time.
    The machine that is working ok has its FSMRS OFF. Any help please. Thanks

      You've got the saddle pushing plate closed. Any chance you have F1-43 in the trouble list too? The paper cannot enter the saddle unit.

          No F1-43 in trouble list so far. Will look out for the info. Thanks.
