Getting void areas on copies and prints. The voids occur along the same line from lead edge to trailing edge as if the transfer roller is failing to pull the toner off the drum, or the image is not being written on the drum. The thing is that the void is not always in the same spot so when I stop the machine mid cycle I can never catch where the void is happening. I've replaced the drum, MC unit, and transfer roller and I'm still getting these voids. Developer mag roller brush looks nice and solid. If you've seen anything similar to this please respond. Have you checked the toner recieve sheet per bulliten MFP-TB-200, look for toner/paper dust build up in the process unit.Comment
