y need your help because, y have a sharp ar-335 that sometimes every days give the codes U2-00 , or U2-11, frequently, that y reset whit the simulation 16.

Y am a tec. and y already do anything that possible that y now, clean, change de c. charges and tranf. units, y try with another pcu pbw, whit another power suply, with anothers flash roms icu, pcu e ope, and y c'ant found the solution, and y do to, a reinitilization the ic-22 in the pcu pbw.

If someone can help, y do very graty.

EEPROM read/write error (ICU)/EEPROM Counter Checksum Error (ICU). If you have already replaced the ICU EEPROM, the only thing left to do is replace the ICU PWB.

You are correct, they are different, and not interchangable.

Just getting old

I have replaced a total of three ICU's on Cougars. Always for codes. Not until the last year though. The warranty must be up on the electronics. If you have a power supply you may give that a try. I have seen U2-00 & U2-12 caused by the DC Power Supply.
