We have a machine that we bumped fused temp up a few degrees. Got an H4-02 code. This has been on again off again problem. Set temp back to default and got code again. Looking for suggestions or if anyone else has had sim problems. Thanks everyone!
How old is the fuser? Have you cleaned the sub-heat roller thermistors? Normally when I start having H4 codes on this machine I rebuild or replace the fusing unit.
