    Black copy on Sharp SD-3062

    Hello guyes,
    I need help on my 3062, i get always a black copy, i checked the drum its always black (the cleaner don t work i think)
    any one can help please ?

    Does the exposure lamp come on when scanning?
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        By black do you mean solid black. Light black?
        Is it more like a sky shot? or what?
        Few items to check.
        1. It is easy to leave the drum blade "hooked" up therefore not cleaning.

        2. Is the charge being "held" on the drum therefore not allowing cleaning? If this is the case the toner will be more like it is "sticking" to the drum.

            iF THE DRUM IS COATED ON POWER UP YOU ARE WORKING WITH A DRUM GROUND PROBLEM.
