    300K with few exceptions. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

My MX-M620N has 95K on it but it looks like the drum was replaced as the count on the drum is at 758 copier in the service menu.

Not sure why they changed it before I bought the machine, The jam codes are showing "0"

The spec from Sharp is 250K. I just took over service on one that had 375 on it and one end was worn through to the core and giving a F2-37 error which is mark sensor. If you've got a million, that's cool, but I don't know how.

They may have replaced it for any of a number of reasons - to include because it was physically damaged. For us, Sharps tend to run a bit over the rated amount. Normally we will just clear the counters and wait for CQ issues.

                    hi
just make shure to replace side seals on dv box
if the seals worn or not installed corectly will reduce drum life greatly
                    good luck

These drums run real well and as mentioned above, rarely go out early. The jam codes showing zero means nothing. I clear my jams codes after every call.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
