arm 700 error f2-32 wont clear

I have done what i normally do with this code ,cleaned drum sensor vac assembly, reset with sim 14 and run sim 44-02. I did this a couple of times same issue . I then replaced complete drum assembly from my in shop copier that we use and still the same , I installed original problem drum assembly in our in shop copier and it works fine. Any ideas ? Thanks for replys.

The thing I always forget to do is to plug in the drum mark sensor.

Assuming you've done this, what reading do you get when you run 44-02? It should drop from 244 to ~40 as a successful reading.

What about the actual drum mark (the little rectangle on the drum surface)? is it worn through, scratched, etc.? If you've got 300K on the drum just replace it.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
