Replace the fulcrum it is a hell of a lot easier than the frame.

Your dealership should have been sent the modified fulcrum for each machine it bought manufactured before Apr 2011. The p/n on the package is M-05-02-0-1-08, and yes it is much easier to replace the fulcrum rather the plate . Two of our machines that I installed the modified fulcrum and centered the belt at setup ripped within 10,000 copies/prints.

Well that is not good to hear! We have 4 of these in the field and since the mod have not had any problems. The pin is so simple to replace, an end user could do it. Zoo, I will keep my fingers crossed.

Yeah we had six to update and even before the update had not had a belt problem. Though I did see a few where the belt was off center a bit, but not to the point of tearing.
