I guess I must be near that old crowd as I came in during the SF-811 SF-825 period. That was torture enough. Never could carry enough corona wire for those pieces of S***.

Davepro - I remember them well...White fuser rollers that would always disintegrate. What fun.

Pastech - There are some days when I'd LOVE to go back to Pleasantville. Such a happy place. (Oh, if only I knew then what I know now.)

Sorry. I get real tired of cheapskates.

              "How can I do a $2000 repair for $200?"
              Um ... you can't.
Or, sure, I'd love to lose a lot of money on your transaction.
Anybody here in business to make a profit?

I can give a serious recommendation, but we really need to know what your going to do with it, and if you really want color expect to start at $5K not $500. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
