    AR-M208 Duplex Jams

2-2 copying, paper stops in the middle of the right drawer transport during the second pass. Replaced sensors and rotten plastic transports above fuser. Nothing helps, Any Ideas?

    I have seen this:

Misfeeds first side duplex (jam code PIN_DUP) at the registration roller (duplex only). Worn duplex mylars on the right door (35k duplex copies). Install (4) new style duplex mylars (PSHEZ0307QSZ1).

    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Duplex jams

Hi I had a similar problem on a sharp arm 207 (i think its the same model just uk version) Ichanged duplex motor, drive gears, belts etc all to no avail, in the end got a Sharp UK tech to come and look at it. Sharp issued a tech bulliten on this problem, it was down to a change in manufacture. Here is the link to the page
