~96mm intervals? It sounds like a scratched drum, or poor drum ground to me. You've described it perfectly. =^..^=

    Re: ARM316 problem

Hi First line starts at 25mm from leading edge and it is approx. 10mm wide. Second one starts approx. 125mm from leading edge it is wide 10mm. There was slight difference on one copy but that could be attributed to late paper pick up from tray. Paper is not problem. It is stored in good conditions and there are 3 more units (arm207 and ar-5316) using same paper without problems. I don't have printouts from simulation (64-1) here, so i cant scan them. I might get them tomorrow.

How far from lead edge is the blank area? Is the paper buckling?

i know this sounds silly.....but if the blank spots are in exactly the same place every single time....i'd suspect damp paper..put the same piece of paper through again...or paper from an unopened packet..

    ARM316 problem

Hi to all I have problem with arm316. recently developer was replaced and unit performed for couple of weeks fine than it started to print images with white stripes. To be exact lines are parallel to longer paper edge (longer edge is coming out first) and they are always on same part of paper. different drum did not help. What is exactly happening is that on those spots image is totally missing. Any ideas?
