    AR-SP6 trouble in black line

    copy in black line at rear side when using ADU . copy from OC is good. all mirror and glasses are cleaned.anyone can help me

    Does it do it on internal prints as well? Could be a worn drum or charge grid.

      Perhaps you might clean the slit glass. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        This is certainly the first place to look (slit glass); the optics have to be absolutely parallel because the scanner moves all the way to the right to read from the slit glass, and copy from the glass can look ok if slightly off parallel.
        I believe there was a firmware upgrade also for this problem, but I'm not positive.

          OP said glass was clean. Seems to be a tech as well.

            If it is at the very edge of the paper try adjusting sim 50-16 (SPF offcenter adjustment).
