when running a job the machine will freeze up, and stop working of course jamming everything in motion. when removing all the paper i try fooling with the touch screen and it doesn't respond at all. i did at one time see the stars circling the ar in the display so i went for the hdd. reformatted with 62-1 and tried rw 62-2 tested ok but 62-3 was trying for 25 minutes or so but no luck it seemed stuck. should i go for the hdd or a pcb. thanks t

Hello, usually when I receive a problem like you stated sometimes you can clean the contacts on the ICU PWB and see if your problem gets better.
also does it occur after the machine has been running a large run or right offComment
