AR-M207 jamming half way out of delivery unit and right before registration sensor

    Hey,

I got a AR-M207 jamming out of both trays. When it jams one piece of paper is half way out of the delivery unit and the second is sitting right before the registration sensor. The registration sensor checks out just fine in SIM 30. Cleaned all the transport rollers and feed rollers. Has anyone experienced this before with these machines? And if you did what was the fix?

    What jam codes?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Have had this jam code and there are several things you can try. The first one I would check it the PF clutches in the back of the unit. Clean them and apply new grease, maybe even adjust spring tension on them (I believe there are 4 total and a PITA to work on a couple of them). Depending on the age of the machines there are 2 tech bulletins. One has you replace the paper cassette feed rollers and the other has you modify the cassette tray (we just replaced it)

        Good luck.
