Sharp AL-1540cs reset after new drum

    Hi,
Hope you can help. Just installed a new drum and need to reset.
Can't recall if it is "clear" key, then auto exposure key, then "clear" followed by "quantity" [24] "print", [07] "print", then "clear","clear","clear"

Not sure. Hope you can help.
    thanks
    Hap

Clear, Exposure Select, Clear, Exposure Select, 24, Start, 07, Start, Reset x3 to exit.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          reset procedure with out code.

Tou must spin the white half way gear in the green drum cover all the way to the opposite dirreccion so that when the customer Installs a refurb drum unit it can reset the drum counter automaticaly.
Other wise you can close the right door with out closing the front door shut off machine and simultainusly hit the little white switch close to the front door while you turn on the copier this will also clear the counter if you dont have the code with you.
