I'm new to my machine. I'm getting a faint random red line on all printed pieces. Help please

Is the line from top to bottom? If so then it is the cleaning blade that is causing the problem. Normally I just clean it off and the problem goes away for awhile. Also check the toner seal.

    Good luck.

      Drum Drive Gear

Could be a broken drum drive gear. Machine is bad about breaking all of them.

        Hi,
you can try to exchange Magent primary charger with Cyan one.
Now if you have a Cyan line, clean the primary charger and grid.

Is the firmware updated and is the developer unit an "N" version? You may need to replace the developer unit and developer. This was a common issue with this beast.
