    Needing help on a Arm 165 dev issues

    The joys! im having an issue with print quality on a arm165. I inherited this into my area and dont know much about them.

    So I changed the Dev, the issue is I cant find how to run the dev and now its giving worse copy quality.

    Cant see anything in the manual or the SIM mode. to run the dev or any instructions for a dev change

      You don't need to run a simulation for DV change on this model. Change DV and clear counter with sim 42. Sounds like you have some other issues, I would start with the charge unit since most CQ issues seem to be caused by a dirty charge or worn drum most of the time.
