Are these transparencies suitable "for high speed copiers". There are alot of other products out there that look just like transparencies, but do not have properties to withstand a 180C fuser. There is a transparency media setting for the machine to lower the fuser temperature in addition.
I have a hard time imagining one page of anything taking 30 minutes to copy/print. Or, for that matter, for the customer being patient enough to wait 30 minutes for it to complete. I suspect there may be some exaggeration going on here.
Any more details?
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

i seem to have worked it out, changed out the fuser roller, cleaned the pawls/picker fingers, and tested on both tray and bypass seems to be ok now, i never had one mishap after i did all this, also i think my customer was on glue and not setting it to do transperancies and just doing regular copys.Comment
