What have you done so far? If this 22-6 print out is from this machine you need an exit unit also.

I wouldn't put too much money in this machine with over a million on the meter.

Yes the 22-6 is from this machine. It is scan from the cis (duplex), no prob with the printer it seems to come from the cis, What do you mean when you say that i need an exit unit also .

        Thanks.

I think they were referring to the jam codes.

Yes i know that it is old ,but i just want to know if someone saw it on one of his machine ,does anyone ever changed a cis on these machines ,the jam map does represent the jams over a 3 months basis ,so it's not a real issue here.

Yes, we have had to replace the CIS on this family and the Dragon series.

i have done more 10 units in field, just replace the left feeder hinge MHNG-0209FCZ1 .
The feeder hinge bent and cause the CIS unit not touch completely with the White datum glass unit CGLSP0102DS51

Million copies on the unit? If the main drive pack hasn't already been replaced you should do it as a precautionary measure. Once the drive pack hits those numbers it starts to slip and you get lots of extra jamming out of tray 1.
