    Sharp AR287 Duplex Jams?

Primarily PPD2_ST1 & POD1_SU codes. I have removed/cleaned/lubricated duplex and turnaround transports. Replaced one-way clutch gear. Rollers look good. What am I missing? Any help much appreciated

In the past I have seen were the transport rollers in the Registration Unit wear down. This usually occurs at approx. 750,00 copies. The part number is NROLR1217FCZZ.

It's fairly normal to have these duplex clutches to get packed full of developer. By the way, no lubrication on magnetic clutches, please.

Misfeeds (jam code PPD2_NT1, PPD2_ST1, DUP) Z-folds 2nd side of duplex at the registration roller, or overlaps two pages at the registration roller. Duplex only on AR-287, AR-336. Defective duplex clutches. Replace duplex clutches (PCLC-0290FCZZ, PCLC-0291FCZZ).

They're very easy to change. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Duplex jam

On the duplex module you may want to check for cracks where the bearings fit into the sides of the unit. this will cause all kinds of jamming headaches. you can get a fix from sharp for this but the last I heard it was only for one side
