    Sharp MX-4501N

Is this Sharp MX-4501N known to always go into "adjusting print quality" or is there something wrong with the copier? Thank you for any help given.

Also do a full calibration. Clearing all the half tones and also make sure to run 44-2 and 44-13.

Spanky. beat me to it. Those box's have done that since day one believe me, every customer has complained about it. I tried making the above changes for a couple of customers, then I ran into color consistency issues, so I set them back to the factory settings. Also, The MX-4501 color is also compromised by cheap paper make sure your customer uses quality paper when making clicks.

More than likely the DV is oxidized & needs to be replaced. Even though the CQ may not look bad, process control isn't seeing what it needs.
            Subsequently it calibrates frequently.
            Hope that helps !
